T E C N I C A L   R E Q U I R E M E N T S :


ALL EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE THERE AND READY TO USE WHEN BAK-TRUPPEN ARRIVES.
 
THE SPACE
 
A grid with lamps hang diagonally, with the lower end towards the audience.
A carpet hangs on the back wall or in a tube/bar upstage, just behind the
grid.
All technical equipment will be placed on stage.
A bar will serve the audience.
Smoking should be allowed.


SOUND  EQUIPMENT
 
1 X 16 channel mixer with four outs and 1 aux; preferably Soundcraft 16-8-2
Two sets of amplifiers and speakers of good quality:
1 PA set and 1 monitor set. The PA should be able to play loud.
incl.sub-bass.
3 X good vocal microphone + stand (Shure SM 58 or better)
1 X CD-player
1 X MD-player
Sufficient  cables and adaptors. The electical system must have a clean and
conditioned leg of power.


GRID / STANDS
 
A grid minimum 6m wide and 9m deep.  Exact size and position depends on the
measures of the room, and will be designed during set-up.
2 lighting stands min. 4m high


LIGHT EQUIPMENT


Computer lightboard for programming lightsequences, suitable dimmers
Lightboard should be able to run a soft chase (Preferably Strand GSX Genius)

Control cord from light board to dimmers
16 X 2kW dimmers
26 X 650W fresnels with barn doors
5 X 1000W fresnels with barn doors3 X photo/video lamps.
3 X 1000W 15/32 zoom profiles
Suficcient cables/ multi cord to connect lights to dimmers


 
X-TRAS
 
1 X good video-projector (abs.min. 650 ANSI Lumens)
1 X VHS-player
Long video cabels (min. 20 m)
1 X camera stand, min 2m high.
1 X white projection screen with stand; 1,8m to 2m wide
1 X wooden beam, ca. 25 by 50 mm, 4m long
1 X bar serving beer, wine, mineral water, etc. Coffe is important.


TECHNICAL SUPPOR


During preparation, we need at least one technician from each departement.
(Lighting, sound and stage)
The light technician should be able to program the lightboard.
 
We run all sound and light ourselves, but we need one stand-by during the
show.


OTHERS


For your information: there will be a small controlles fire in a pot during
the show and we are making spirit on stage so we need continous water in and
out, for the cooler.
 
All equipment should be there and ready to use when BAK-TRUPPEN arrives
for the set-up.
Changes in the pieces might occur, and we will inform you immediately if our
technical needs should differ from the lists above.
 
A wardrobe is appreciated. Mineralwater should be available both in the
performance space and in the wardrobe. The wardrobe also needs an ironing
board, toilet, mirrors, shower and towels.
 
Local transport/taxis should be covered by the hosts, if the distance
between the hotel and performance space is too far for walking.
 
Per diems must be paid immediately after arrival, and the fee must be paid
cash and latest after the last show.
 
ANY DEVIATION FROM THIS MUST BE DISCUSSED.
